Shooting with the lovely Vanessa Milde today, Vanessa is from Adelaide , and we first met her back in Jan 2007 when she was this fresh faced 15 y.o. from Adelaide. We spent the afternoon at B.L.'s place with Katie Lee taking photos.

Wish Look Book

One thing I don't like when I arrive somewhere is to be sitting around waiting for the next job come in. So after a good day's rest and catching up on Australian time ( as opposed to northern hemisphere time ) I am glad to be back at the Wish studio to shoot a lookbook with Todd and Jay. And Brazillian Barbara Di Creddo is our model du jour
And Barbara is addicted to those banana lollies ( so am I - Jacqui just happens to have a bag inthe kitchen at home, I don't think she realizes I nearly ate the whole bag )
We are see-ing those shoulders everywhere, I'm only showing you one of the pics from today's lookbook, as this is still not ready to go out yet, this is one of the more casual outfits. There were some nice pieces in this collection I would have liked to take home for Jacs

Outfit change at Bruno's

Bus to the RA after party

Romain and Anna organized an after party, about 10 minutes out of Antwerp at ScheldApen, so they organized a bus to come pick up people and take them to the location ( as there are a lot of people from out of town )
and what a cool bus, I made it outside just in time to see it drive off

RA, the opening

Well, I made it to the shop opening, without my beloved G10, but Dan form RA, has one, so he lent it to me for a few hours, so slipped in my memory card, and took these pics for us all. Yes, not only did I receive a nice glass of Veuve upon arrival ( and plenty of top ups-thanks Roland ) but yummy food all night long as well

Dion Lee in Paris

As you know, I'm a fan of Australian designer & relative newcomer, Dion Lee, so when he emailed me to let me know he would be in Paris, I just had to set up a meeting , so I could introduce Diane to Dion , for those of you not familiar, click here for a look back to May for his debut show in a sydney carpark
Sydney it PR girl Holly is in Paris to give Dion a hand, and quickly filling as model, so Miguel and I can take a few snaps

An afternoon at the Boudica showroom with Diane and Miguel

On one of the days during Paris fashion week, I meet up with Diane Pernet, as you do, and Miguel Villalobos.
We visited a few showrooms, which can be viewed on Diane's site here & here , plus a video as well .
But the highlight was the Boudicca showroom, big , spacious with a great lookign house model and a couple of Hmi lights set up. I look at Miguel , suggested I move the light for him so we could do some shots in the garden, and the rest is history. It was so much fun, I never shot a model or been on any shoot, where i would be photographing a model, and there would be another photographer with me, shooting the smae model at the same, I mean, it's not something new, Inez and Vinoodh, Mert & Marcus, it's just tha tI never did it before, never thought about it, and I think Miguel was the perfecr person for me to do this with, andway enough talk, let's check the pics.
